The first stop of our tour is at a dairy producing Parmigiano Reggiano, the most famous aged cheese in the world. During this experience customers will have the opportunity to see all the stages of preparation.

You will see how the great forms of Parmigiano Reggiano are created, how they are treated by the skilled hands of the cheesemakers and, finally, how they are arranged for aging.

Obviously the most anticipated moment is the tasting. Customers can taste at least 2 different ages of Parmigiano Reggiano accompanied DA breadsticks and a good glass of wine. There is also the possibility to buy Parmigiano Reggiano at the shop.

For lovers of cured ham, this stage will be really mouthwatering. At Prosciuttificio Ziveri customers will see the wonderful process of salting and curing the real and only Parma ham.

The gui DAto tour concludes with a rich and delicious tasting of Parma ham accompanied by bread and wine.
