At Al Aaila Farm, our cooking class isn’t just about learning recipes—it’s a full sensory journey into authentic Moroccan culture and nature. Unlike typical classes in city kitchens, we immerse you in a living farm environment where every ingredient is handpicked fresh from your organic gardens. You get to see, smell, and taste the natural herbs and vegetables that bring Moroccan cuisine to life.
This approach focuses on health and authenticity—no shortcuts, just genuine farm-to-table cooking using traditional methods and recipes passed down through generations. The peaceful farm setting, combined with hands-on learning and the chance to share a meal you’ve made with fellow travelers, creates a warm, personal experience you won’t find anywhere else.
Guests can take a taxi from Essaouira to Ghazoua – km8, which is just a short 10-minute drive from the city. Ask the driver to drop you off at km8 in Ghazoua. I will be there waiting to greet you and bring you to the farm for your cooking experience. If needed, I can also assist you by phone.
