Explora Watersports offer surf rental from our centre on the beach in Essaouira, if you want to catch the perfect wave and enjoy a moment of peace and tranquillity before you catch the next wave. Surf rental is for available for everyone as long as you can swim and are over 15 years old or are accompanied by an adult, ideally you should have had a lesson before so understand the basics of surfing at a minimum. Surf rental starts from 1/2 a day through to a full week rental. The rental includes your board and wetsuit as well as full use of our facilities (showers / changing room / wifi etc)

Surf Rental is a great way to enjoy time in the sea and catch a few waves. Explora Watersports is lucky to be located right on the beach in front of the best beginner and progression wave spot in Essaouira. The beginner spot is right in front of our centre where the waves are smaller and slower which gives you the chance to pop to your feet and perfect your stance. The intermediate spot is just to the left where the swell is not protected by the island so the waves are bigger and faster.
