Bienvenue à Tromsø! Je m’appelle Mirko, et depuis 2018 j’ai la chance de faire le plus beau métier du monde: accueillir des explorateurs de l’Arctique comme vous, et vous accompagner à la découverte de ma ville, des paysages à couper le souffle qui l’entourent, et des aurores boréales qui dansent dans le ciel.

À l’été 2025, j’ai lancé ma propre activité: mon but est de vous offrir une expérience authentique et inoubliable, en partageant avec vous toute ma passion pour l’Arctique — pour son histoire riche et surprenante, sa culture vivante, sa nature sauvage, les crépuscules silencieux de la nuit polaire et les teintes chaudes du soleil de minuit.

Cette sortie est faite pour les curieux, ceux qui aiment découvrir, poser des questions et en prendre plein les yeux. Mon minibus est équipé d’un microphone interne, comme ça, je pourrai facilement partager tout ce que je sais sur la région pendant le trajet.

Stop 1

Lors de cette excursion, vous traverserez Kvaløya, “l’Île des Baleines”, un territoire de fjords, de montagnes, de vallées et de lacs, qui offre certains des panoramas les plus spectaculaires de la région.

En été, je vous propose cette sortie en soirée, lorsque la lumière chaude et douce du soleil de minuit transforme le paysage en l’enveloppant d’ombres longues et de teintes dorées; en hiver, en revanche, vous profiterez des rares heures de lumière, ce moment qu’on appelle “l’heure bleue”, où tout prend des nuances magiques de crépuscule.

Tout au long du trajet, vous ferrez plusieurs arrêts pour admirer les plus beaux points de vue, et je vous raconterai plein de choses sur la vie ici: Tromsø, le climat, le soleil de minuit, la nuit polaire, la culture sami et bien plus encore. N’hésitez pas à me poser toutes vos questions!

Une fois arrivés à Sommarøy, “l’Île de l’Été”, vous ferrez un petit tour du village et une pause sur l’une de ses magnifiques plages de sable blanc.
