Valid Ticket Required: All guests must carry a valid ticket. Arrive 15–20 minutes early for smooth boarding.
Security lines cannot be skipped, even with timed entry or Passport tickets. Smartphone vouchers are accepted at all checkpoints.
The Gardens open at 8:00 AM, and the Trianon Estate opens at 12:00 PM.
On Musical Fountain Show days, garden access is fully included only with the Passport ticket.
Seine River Cruise Ticket: Open-dated. You may board any day and time within the cruise’s regular operating hours. Boats depart every 30–45 minutes daily, duration 1 hour.
HOHO Bus Pass (24H): Valid from the first activation (first boarding), not from the date of purchase. The pass counts continuous hours (e.g., a 24H pass used at 2 PM is valid until 2 PM the next day).
Meeting Point (Cruise): Port de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris, France – Bateaux Parisiens, Orange Terminal No. 03 (near Eiffel Tower).
Prohibited Items: No pets, outside food, or beverages are allowed.
The estate can be crowded during weekends and holidays—early arrival is recommended.
Accessibility: Wheelchair access is available in most—but not all—areas of the estate. Strollers, large bags, and luggage are not permitted inside the Palace.
Photography: Photography is allowed without flash inside most areas of the Palace.
Refund Policy: No refunds for no shows or unused services. Late arrivals are charged a 100% no show fee.
Ticket Conditions: Tickets are non refundable, non transferable, and time bound. No amendments once confirmed.
Operational Notice: Access may be restricted or delayed due to maintenance, private events and weather conditions.
