Bring the warmth of the Mediterranean to your table in this small-group, 4-course cooking class hosted through Cozymeal. Under the guidance of a skilled local chef, you’ll prepare a vibrant 4-course menu featuring beloved staples and bold spices from across the region.

During the class, you’ll create:

- First course: Hummus with pitta bread made from chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt and olive oil
- Second course: Lamb kofta with tzatziki and pitta bread featuring lamb mince, spices, yogurt, cucumber and mint
- Third course: Spiced chickpeas with onion, peppers, spinach and spices
- Dessert: Chocolate mousse with chocolate, double cream, eggs and sugar
