During the class, you’ll create:
- First course: Anchovy toast with baguette bread, cherry tomatoes, brie cheese, anchovies, green olives and olive oil
- Second course: Spanish tortilla with eggs, potatoes, white onion, salt and pepper
- Third course: Seafood paella with rice, prawns, squid, mussels, fish stock and paella stock
- Fourth course: Berenjenas con miel (aubergine with honey) made with aubergine, milk, honey and salt
