About this experience

When the Sea Meets the Spice – Sailing Edisa Sunset Voyage

Aboard our newly renovated Sailing Edisa yacht, where timeless elegance meets modern comfort. We drift toward the storied waters of Kallithea Therme Spa, where crystal seas invite you to swim or snorkel among darting fish.

Back on deck, the air is rich with the aroma of Vietnamese cuisine — steaming Phở with cinnamon and star anise, crisp fried spring rolls, Tender braised pork belly resting on clouds of steamed rice. Each dish is prepared with fresh herbs from our own garden, balancing health with indulgence.

As the sun slips low beyond Rhodes’ east coast, crystal flutes of ultra-premium C.A.I.R wine and champagne catch the final light, while the sea breeze mingles with aromas that stir the soul.
This is more than a sunset sail. It is a celebration of taste, place, and the rare beauty of the moment.
