Istanbul Airport Transfer Instructions
After you complete customs procedures and collect your luggage, please proceed to Exit Gate 14. Once you exit through this gate, one of our staff members will be waiting to greet you with a sign that says 'POINT'.
In line with airport regulations, our transfer vehicles are only permitted to wait in the designated parking area. The vehicle will be called to the meeting point once our staff has confirmed your arrival.
To arrange your transfer, please make sure to provide your flight number. This allows us to monitor your flight and ensure timely pickup. After your plane lands, the vehicle can remain on standby for a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
