This is where you journey will start by meeting your private tour guide and owner Luke Beckmann. We will correspond with you via Whatsapp or email a day before collection to find out exactly where to collect you. You will be travelling in a SUV where bottled water will be provided. Our tour starts with a drive through Cape Town CBD while pointing out the Castle of Good Hope and District 6.

Begin your day in the colorful heart of Cape Town’s heritage — Bo-Kaap. We visit the well-known museum and wander its iconic cobblestone streets lined with brightly painted houses and immerse your client in the rich Cape Malay culture. Expect vibrant history, spice-fragrant bakeries, traditional eateries, and plenty of picture-perfect moments. Bo-Kaap’s story is deeply rooted in centuries of community identity and resilience, making this a rich cultural start to your journey.

We skip the queue and take the fast-track cable car up Table Mountain, Cape Town’s most famous natural landmark. From the summit there are unparalleled panoramic views of the city below, the shimmering Atlantic Ocean, and the vast Cape Peninsula. Whether leisurely exploring the plateau’s boardwalks or snapping sweeping skyline shots, this stop showcases Cape Town’s dramatic geography — and often its famous cloud “tablecloth” draping the summit.

Head to the warm, gently rolling shores of Muizenberg Beach, a beloved seaside village on False Bay. Recognized as one of Cape Town’s top surfing spots, this long sandy bay offers relaxed vibes, colorful beach huts, and (weather permitting) the chance to catch a wave or watch surfers in action. It’s a perfect contrast to the mountain vistas — sunny, breezy, and refreshingly laid-back.

Next up, explore the South African Naval Museum in historic Simon’s Town. Just a short drive away, visit Boulders Beach — one of the few places in the world where endangered African penguins reside in a protected natural setting. Wander boardwalks that bring you close to these charismatic birds as they waddle, swim, and sunbathe beside granite boulders. The sheltered inlets here create calm swimming spots and unforgettable wildlife encounters.

Continue to the dramatic cliffs of Cape Point, part of the Table Mountain National Park. From the base, a scenic funicular or short hike brings you to the Cape Point Lighthouse, perched above roaring ocean waves. Guests are also welcome to conclude their tour here and we then say our goodbyes.
