Additional Pickup Information:

It is essential to communicate with our transport coordinator upon arrival at the airport and if you need return service. The coordinator will provide clear instructions and explain everything to make the process smoother.

Pickup Location at the Airport (Second floor, Platform Module C):

After landing, passing through immigration, and collecting your luggage, exit through the only international door. Without leaving the airport, take the elevator to the second floor and look for the door where you can see cars passing by. There you will find the pickup module.

To request airport service from Medellín:

Please request the service at least 3 hours in advance for international flights and 2 hours for domestic flights. If you’re booking a service from Medellín, it must be requested at least 24 hours in advance or at least 3 hours prior to departure.

How to make the booking:

When booking through Viator, it’s essential to provide details such as the number of people and the number of bags per person. This will help us assign the right vehicle for your group.

Booking confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking, including the driver’s name, vehicle model, and the meeting point, which will be provided upon your arrival.

Arrival at the Airport:

Once you arrive at José María Córdova International Airport in Medellín, after passing through immigration and collecting your luggage, head to the Second floor, Platform Module C. Our transport coordinator will be waiting there. The most efficient communication is through WhatsApp, to receive clear instructions, videos, and any real-time updates regarding your flight or meeting point.

Vehicle and Driver Information:

The coordinator will provide you with the vehicle and driver details as soon as you land. Remember that if you prefer the driver to wait for you with a sign, there will be an additional charge for parking and the driver’s waiting time.

Flight Changes:

It’s crucial to notify us of any changes or delays in your flight. If we don’t have direct communication with the traveler before leaving their departure location, the service will not be scheduled, as we need to know if there are any changes to avoid scheduling unnecessary vehicles.

The transfer:

The driver will take you to your destination comfortably and safely. If it’s an airport transfer, the driver will ensure you arrive on time for check-in and security.

Arrival at the destination:

When you arrive at your destination, the driver will assist you with your belongings and drop you off at the designated door.
