- At the airport, your driver will be waiting at the conference gate with a sign with your name on it.
- The meeting gate is assigned according to the flight number.
- Don't worry if you don't meet the driver! They can use it for free for one and a half hours. This is enough time to complete immigration and customs clearance.
- Please let me know if your flight is delayed or postponed to the next day. We offer transfer services at no additional cost.
- A cleanly maintained vehicle and a friendly driver will take you home comfortably.
