You will be picked up at your hotel to take you to Parque Bolivar, a park with enormous trees, and the mesmerizing Medellín's Metropolitan Cathedral. You will enter the Cathedral and contemplate its impressive Neoclassical architecture, before moving on to your first gastronomic stop.
Going through Pasaje Junin, you will go to a traditional tearoom and bakery that has been working for more than 50 years. Here, you will taste delicious baked products such as buñuelos (fried dough ball), pan de yucas (cassava bread) or almojábanas (cornbread with cuajada cheese) and traditional Tinto (softer Americano coffee).
Afterward, you will taste the famous Chorizo, Morcilla (blood sausage), Arepas (corn flatbread), Patacones (fried plantain), and Criolla potatoes in a traditional Antioqueño restaurant ambiance as an old Paisa Hacienda.
