You’ll hike through diverse landscapes starting from the lush rainforest, then pass through the moorland zone and alpine desert before reaching the snowy summit at Uhuru Peak — the highest point in Africa at 5,895 meters (19,341 feet).
Each day includes guided trekking led by experienced mountain guides, hearty meals prepared by our chef, and overnight stays in mountain huts. One full day (Day 4) is dedicated to acclimatization at Horombo Hut to help increase your chances of reaching the summit successfully.
