After Óbidos we will drive to Nazaré and our first stop will be at the beautiful lighthouse at the tip of the cliffs. This cliffs separate the Fisherman's Nazaré Village on the South Beach from the North Beach, where the biggest waves in the world break! If you're lucky enough you might just watch these giants break right in front of you. (We will NOT enter the lighthouse)
After the sightseeing in the lighthouse we will go down to the south side of the cliffs. Here lies the beautiful fisherman's village of Nazaré where every narrow street meets the ocean of "Praia do Sul". Here we will stroll around the beach front street and have a delightful lunch where you can try some local dishes.
