We have four available routes:
- Two One-Hour Routes through Old Lisbon: choose between Alfama or Chiado and Príncipe Real
- One-hour route through Modern Lisbon, to discover the city after 1950's
- Two-hours route that will guide you to Belém and its famous pastries
- Spinach excursion which takes approximately two-hours and one of our tour guides will follow along to make sure you don't get lost.
- Choose three-hours if you'd like to combine routes and explore more than one are of the city.

How many people can fit in a Spinach car? Each vehicle takes up to 2 people.
Are prices per car or per person? All prices are per car. Same price for one or two people.
What's the minimum age and requirements to drive a Spinach? Driver's must be 18+ years old and have a valid Driver's License.
What's the car autonomy? The maximum autonomy of the cars is 60km, which is more than enough for at least 3 hours' drive.
What happens if the car runs out of battery during my rental? You will have to call the telephone number that is written on the car, and we will give you all the necessary support in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
What is the company's policy on rescheduling the experience in case of bad weather conditions? In case of bad weather conditions and if the company considers that there are no safety conditions to operate the activity, it’s possible to reschedule it for the same day depending on availability.
What forms of payment do you accept? Debit or credit card, Cash or Bank transfer (only for groups);
Can I take a Spinach car outside of the city limits? We recommend driving just on the chosen route so that you can fully enjoy the experience. There are also roads that are prohibited, such as motorways, highways, and bridges.
What happens if there's an accident or the car is damaged during my rental? The car’s documents are in the trunk, and it has third-party liability insurance, just as in a typical auto accident. Contact the support number in order to streamline the procedure.

Please check-in at Spinach Tours Shop, at Largo do Terreiro do Trigo 16 Lisbon, 15 min earlier to the Experience start.

MANDATORY For all Spinach:
• Valid Drivers’ License (in Latin alphabet) is mandatory. An international license is not necessary. Copies of documents or provisional licenses will not be admissible.
• All riders must sign a Standard Participant Agreement. Renters will have the OPTION (not included) to purchase Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) - vehicle insurance on the day of rental (15,00€ per Spinach).
• Personal insurance is included, Vehicle Insurance is not (CDW).

OTHER NOTES
• Children 7 to 12 years old or a minimum of 1.35m (4.42 feet) can ride on a Booster seat (please let us know beforehand if you need one). Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Is mandatory to sign a Term of Responsibility for children up to 13 years old.
• It´s forbidden for pregnant women and intoxicated people, not recommended to mentally or physically incapacitated people.

• All customers with a reservation must check in 15min prior to the experience start. If the group is more than 15 minutes late, their reservation will be automatically canceled without any rescheduling or refund. Please contact us if necessary: (00351 927425288)
