Our dedicated bus will take you directly to the port for a 10min ferry ride to Noko Island where panoramic views of the city open up to you from the deck of the Sakura ferry. Enter the park through our guest gates and directly to the beauty.
*Go left and enjoy a round of 9 hole Noko gulf,
*walk right, to the flower covered rolling hills to pet rabbits and feed the goats.
*Follow the road to the old village with pottery and nostalgic toy store.
*Stop for Noko "udon" or traditional arts and crafts.
*Change into a traditional summer Yukata before strolling around the main flower garden.
*Take in the magnificent views of Hakata Bay adorned in all the colors of Japan.
*Sit down and take in the Island Parks majestic view with a cold drink.
Wander back slowly with your ice-cream in hand back to favorite sites or a private bench. Make your way to the souvenir shop and on to the waiting bus, then directly to the ferry and back home.
I quick stop at the 900 year old shrine of fire, Atago Jinja is included. The shrine is dedicated to the god of fire and its a favorite with locals who come to pray regularly and to visit the 600 year old tea house. We can enjoy the commanding view of Hakata bay, get a birds eye view of Nokonoshima Island before taking the ferry and take a warm mochi to go!
Show your ticket at the entrance gate and hand it in for lunch. Those who lose their tickets will be charged full price for lunch.
