About this experience

Sakura, Land & Sea tour is like no other in Fukuoka. Allowing you to experience all the beauty Japan's spring season can offer. Due to its elevation Island park enjoys Sakura blooming later and longer then other location in Fukuoka. Spend a relaxing day roaming flower covered landscape, the glittering blue sea and the spectacular bloom of Sakura! Just 40min from the city center. Let the kids run free, play with animals or fly, worry free on our rope swings. Stroll our nostalgic village with its Meiji era toy store and traditional arts and crafts. Enjoy Japanese Udon noodles in a typical setting. Wander around the flower beds or daydream under the Sakura branches then to the BBQ house to enjoy a cold drink while cooking at your own pace. Explore feely and find your favorite spot while enjoying a well deserved Ice-cream cone. Pick up some souvenirs to add to your lifelong collection of beautiful photos and memories.

Detailed itinerary

Our dedicated bus will take you directly to the port for a 10min ferry ride to Noko Island where panoramic views of the city open up to you from the deck of the Sakura ferry. Photo op at the huge entrance Sakura! Enter the park through our guest gates and directly to the beauty.
*Go left and enjoy a round of 9 hole Noko gulf,
*walk right, to the flower covered rolling hills to pet rabbits and feed the goats.
*Follow the road to the old village with pottery and nostalgic toy store.
*Stop for Noko "udon" or traditional arts and crafts.
*Change into a traditional summer Yukata before strolling around the main flower garden.
*Marvel at the eye level Sakura and the unique combination of seasonal flowers and the blue Hakata bay.
*Sit down to Island Parks famous "sumibiaki" BBQ lunch & cold drink.
Wander slowly with your ice-cream in hand back to favorite sites or a private bench. Make your way to the souvenir shop and on to the waiting bus, then directly to the ferry and back home.
