We begin the tour at Bahnhofstrasse, one of the world’s most exclusive shopping streets. We stroll through this avenue, lined with luxury boutiques and cafes, and take in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. Then we walk to Fraumünster Church, where we can admire the beautiful yard that used to be a nunnery. Here our way continues to St. Peter’s Church, home to Europe’s largest church clock face. After this we take a short walk to Lindenhof Hill, a peaceful park offering stunning views over the Old Town, the river, and the distant Alps. We continue with a stroll along the Limmat River. This scenic walk is lined with historical buildings and offers a lovely view of both banks of the river. After this we head towards Niederdorf, a pedestrian-friendly quarter filled with narrow, winding streets. This area is brimming with medieval buildings, quaint shops, and cozy cafes. Our tour finishes at the iconic Grossmünster, famous for its twin towers.
