Additionally, please be aware that helmets, glass objects and large luggage are not permitted on the Cathedral grounds. We recommend avoiding carrying large bags to speed up the process. We appreciate your cooperation in wearing appropriate attire when entering religious sites. It is essential to cover your knees and shoulders, in accordance with respectful customs. Please avoid athletic attire during your visit.

There are no toilets or cafes on the terraces: take water with you.
Visit the Cathedral Terraces: Our guide will accompany you to the elevator. You will climb up to enjoy a stunning view from the top, while our guide waits for you at the base of the Duomo. Our guide will give you directions to your meeting point after exploring the terraces, located at the bottom of the cathedral.
Important notice for last-minute reservations (same day or overnight): in case of lack of seats, the customer will be placed on the day following the reserved date.
