- Check your email the day before the tour for important information.
- Pre-booked tickets to the Royal Ontario Museum allow you to skip the line at the ticket office. You cannot skip-the-line at the entrance and security checks. Admission is for the permanent collection. Tickets to special exhibitions are not included in this tour, but they are available to purchase from the ticket office.
- Due to museum's regulations, we limit your group size to 9 people per guide. We will arrange additional guides for larger groups so the price will be higher.
- It is a walking tour, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
