Stop 1

Whatever time of year you happen to visit, a boat ride through these marvellous caves is a voyage you’re unlikely ever to forget. With phenomenally clear blue waters, resulting from its unique chemical composition of minerals, visibility within the caves is truly second to none. And if visited in sunny weather, colourful pink, orange, turquoise and green hotspots can be seen reflecting magically off the water onto the limestone walls of the caves.
If viewed from the cliffs above, the caves appear framed by a majestic arch, and with unobstructed views of the island of Filfla, it is truly a sight to behold.

2

Often described as an open-air museum and a living piece of history, Valletta’s streets and sights will have you wandering around to marvel at all its beauty. The Baroque architecture adorns all corners of the small city, and there are plenty of historical buildings to admire.
Though the city was built on a peninsula of only 1km by 600m, Europe’s southernmost capital is abundant in historical sights. UNESCO described Valletta as “one of the most concentrated historic areas in the world” when it named Valletta a World Heritage Site. You will find some of Europe’s finest artworks, churches and palaces in Valletta.

3

Marsaxlokk is a small, traditional fishing village in the South Eastern Region of Malta. It has a harbour, and is a tourist attraction known for its views, fishing and history.
Being a thriving fishing town, it’s perhaps no surprise that Marsaxlokk is also the best place in Malta for fresh seafood. The village promenade, overlooking Marsaxlokk harbour, is lined with many popular restaurants.

4

Dingli cliffs are located on Malta’s western coast just off the picturesque village of Dingli. They offer panoramic coastal views and are 253 metres above sea level.
The cliffs are known by locals for being the place where the sky and sea meet as it’s the highest point on the Maltese Islands. It offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, the petite terraced fields, and the tiny uninhabited island named Filfla. Walking along the cliffs you will notice a gorgeous little chapel, dedicated to St.Mary Magdalene that is located on the cliff's edge. If you hike long enough you will come across another breathtaking spot, the Blue Grotto. Experiencing the sunset against the blue sea is magical.

5

Mdina - Old Capital City - Behind its fortified walls, Mdina’s timeless beauty has been mesmerising nobilities throughout its 4,000 years of existence. With narrow, cobbled streets shrouded in an air of mystery, Mdina will snatch you away from the present and transport you back in time. Malta’s old Capital Mdina has been known under a range of different names based on its rulers and its role over a span of 4,000 years since it was founded.
Embarking on this journey back in time, you will discover an astonishing mix of baroque and medieval architecture in its ever-winding streets, wonderfully adorned and preserved churches, majestic palaces and fortified walls that turn this silent city into an outdoor museum.

The town of Mosta is renowned for its massive rotunda church, having the third largest dome in the Christian world. The church was nearly destroyed in 1942 when a 200kg bomb fell through the dome without exploding. Miraculously, none of the 300 people attending mass inside were hurt and the bomb was successfully detonated. A replica of the bomb is on display inside the church.
