Arrival & Waiting Time Policy
After your flight lands, you have up to 2 hours to reach the assigned meeting point. This time window allows for passport control, baggage claim, and walking time inside the airport.
If the passenger does not arrive at the meeting point within this period and no contact is established, the service will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be marked as completed.
Once you meet your driver, you will be escorted directly to your private vehicle, and the transfer will begin immediately. There are no shared vehicles or shuttle services involved.
The service is completed once you are safely dropped off at your confirmed hotel or address and exit the vehicle.
