Arrival at Pick-Up Location: The driver will holding a name plate at the exact pick-up location you have provided. Be ready at the specified time to ensure a smooth and timely departure.

Assistance with Luggage: The driver will assist you in loading your luggage into the vehicle, ensuring everything is secure and ready for the journey.

3. Comfortable Journey to the Airport
Boarding the Vehicle: Once you’re settled in the vehicle, enjoy a comfortable and convenient ride to Incheon.

4. Luggage Policy

Luggage Allowance: 1 passenger 1 standard sized luggage
Standard Luggage Size: 66cm x 43cm x 29cm.

Capacity Limit: If the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle, the driver/operator has the right to refuse the reservation. In this case, no refunds will be issued.

For guests staying in downtown Seoul, we recommend scheduling your pick-up 1 hour before the airport's recommended arrival time (which is 3 hours before your flight).

If you are staying in Gangnam or during peak commute hours, it’s advisable to schedule the service 1.5 hours before the recommended arrival time to account for potential traffic delays.

The driver will take the best possible route based on real-time traffic updates, ensuring you arrive at the airport on time. Driver will drop you off directly at the departure terminal for your airline, ensuring you’re conveniently close to the check-in area.
