What you'll see

Your flight will be monitored so that the driver meets the passenger at the Terminal 1 arrivals gate, if the meeting point is a hotel or local accommodation, a message will be sent as soon as the driver starts driving for collection. At the airport, you will be holding a sign with the passenger's name so that the driver's location is quick and accurate.
The trip lasts an average of two and a half hours, which may be longer if accidents or heavy traffic occur due to high season.
For your greater comfort, stops can be requested at any time along the route to the final destination.
As a rule, passengers are allowed to take one bag and one personal item with them in our cars. Restrictions apply to ensure each passenger's belongings can fit in the trunk. Personal items typically include a handbag, briefcase or laptop bag that can easily be accommodated or carried with the passenger. If you are traveling with extra or excess baggage, please inform us before travel (extra charges may apply). Child seats are not available.
