You will see a big red box with 'SHOP 5' out side the booking office.
As an additional landmark the booking office is right next door to a restaurant called Sevruga.
Passengers MUST collect their boarding pass at least 30 minutes prior to departure of boat at
Shop 5, Quay 5, V&A Waterfront. The check-in will close 30 mins prior to departure. And to allow time to walk to the boat.
