About this experience

Stop 1

We will go to Bosque de Pomac, located 35 km north of Chiclayo, this incredible place, a vast forest of algarrobo trees on the old grounds of the Batan Grande sugar cane hacienda, is dotted with dozens of ancient pyramids belonging to the Sican culture, descendants of the Moche.

Stop 2

After that, we will visit the Lord of Sican Museum. Another fabulous discovery found in the temples of Batan Grande in the carob woods in the Sechura desert. The Museum of the Lord of Sican treasures a splendid funeral mask of feathers, gold and silver, as well as a display of how life was at the time of the ancient dwellers in the area. We will also be able to see an illustration of how this Lord was found in his tomb.
