Next, we pass by the Albinelli Market, a covered market in the historic center of Modena. This iconic site, considered a national monument, offers a glimpse into the city’s culinary heritage, with its bustling stalls full of fresh local produce and traditional delicacies.

After savoring a platter of typical cold cuts, we head toward our first stop, where we will indulge in the world-famous Modenese tortellini—small, delicious parcels of pasta filled with rich, flavorful ingredients.
