Any passenger over 250lbs no matter what the combined weight is must purchase a comfort seat. This is for the safety and comfort of all passengers on board.

ONLY YOUR CELL PHONE IS ALLOWED ON BOARD. NO OTHER CAMERA DEVICE IS ALLOWED! Air Maui will provide a lanyard for passengers cell phone that will be worn around their neck at all times during the flight.
Supplier Terms and Conditions for Doors Off (MUST READ)
Children must be at least 10 years of age or older to go on doors off. An adult must accompany anyone 10-18 years old. Only age 16+ can sit on an edge/outside seat.
No hats, bags, sunglasses or any loose items allowed. We provide goggles that you are required to wear. If you have prescription glasses that is fine please wear smallest pair or contacts as they must go under the goggles.
Must wear closed toed shoes or sandals that strap to your ankles. No flip-flops or slides.
Long hair must be tied up in a bun or braid.
Air Maui will provide each passenger a windbreaker jacket for all passengers to wear during flight.
Cancellation policy: No refunds or rescheduling within 48hrs of flight time. For groups 12 or more 7 days notice is required.
All passenger names & weights MUST be advised at time of booking. Under representation of body weight may result in cancellation at check-in with no refund.
Not wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair lift to accommodate wheelchair passengers nor can the staff personally/physically assist people into the helicopter
Helicopter is a shared cabin of 6 passengers and one pilot on each flight.
Nothing in your pockets. If applicable we will hold car keys in the office while you fly.
Customers must pay for parking with the QR code at the entrance of the heliport. We have the QR code in our office as well. CREDIT CARD ONLY.

From Lahaina/Kaanapali/Kapalua Area (Allow 60-70 minutes drive time):
Take Hwy 30 to Hwy. 380. Stay straight as 380 turns into Mayor Elmer F. Cravalho Way headed toward the Kahului Airport. Stay in the right hand lane. There will be a "HELIPORT" sign and right hand exit for the heliport. Follow the HELIPORT signs. Once you turn into the heliport, drive to the end. Air Maui is the last hangar on the left.

From Kihei/Wailea Area (Allow 30-45 minutes drive time):
Take Hwy 31 to Hwy 311 (Maui Veterans Hwy) Turn right on Ho'okele St. drive for about 2 miles and turn right onto hwy. 36 (Hana hwy.) Drive about a mile and turn left on hwy. 37 (Haleakala hwy.) Drive 2 blocks to the stop sign. The HELIPORT is straight ahead. Air Maui is the last hangar.
