About this experience

Never ever paddleboarded before? This is for you! This is our Beginner Class. This is a private activity so just you, your Private Group and your Guide/Guides.

We'll meet you in the heart of "Turtle Town" Makena Landing!...

You’ll start out with a brief lesson on the shore. Then you will be helped into the ocean. Remember, your guides are there every step of the way. Next is a quick review of the shore lesson on the water, then you will be stand up paddleboarding in the heart of "Turtle Town" on the pristine coastline of Wailea-Makena! Time to soak up some sunshine, search for Turtles(Honu), ocean wildlife and enjoy!

Enjoy learning to Stand Up Paddleboard while checking out Haleakala Crater from the ocean. Doin’ it Maui Style!

Minimum age for Stand Up Paddleboarding and Kayaking is 3 years - Children under 3 years of age will not be allowed on our Tours to ensure both their safety, your safety and the safety of our Guides. Our Company is proud to say that we will go as young as 3 years old as most companies will not. If you require a Babysitting Service, you are welcome to call us and we are happy to recommend someone to you!

Meeting point

Makena Landing is located in the heart of "Turtle Town" in Wailea-Makena, Maui. Picturesque, protected & Epic! We will call the night before to confirm your Private Tour with us and go over a couple details between 5pm & 7pm from a 908 Area Code.
