About this experience

Visit a local home in Hyderabad and see how some of the traditional dishes are prepared. Your hostess is a talented cook who has been preparing dishes for friends and family since her childhood days. Over the last 15 years she has developed more than 320 dishes. Her cooking demonstrations are available on YouTube but this is your chance to see it first-hand.

Detailed itinerary

Stop 1

You will be picked up from your hotel at the pre-appointed time and driven to the residence of your hostess.

 Spend some time getting acquainted with your host family before you follow your hostess to the kitchen. In this interactive session, you will see how to prepare some of the world famous dishes of Hyderabadi cuisine.

While this is not a cooking class conducted by professionals, you will find yourself learning a lot because of the interactive and friendly nature of the session. This tour also provides a chance to visit a local home and find out about daily life in the city. If there is something specific that you would like to learn, please let us know in advance and we will check whether it is feasible.

 The cooking session takes between 60 - 90 minutes, after which you will eat the meal prepared with your hosts.

Once your tour will be finished you will be driven back to fixed point / your hotel.
