About this experience

Uenohara is rich in natural beauty and still retains its original Japanese landscape. This is a valuable tour to share the secrets of healthy longevity in Japan, held by a dietitian who is an expert in food and nutrition. You will eat a healthy longevity diet rich in fresh, pesticide-free vegetables from traditional fields in an old private home, and we will talk about traditional food and nutrition. Guided tour. We will meet at 11:00 a.m. and return to the meeting place around 4:30 p.m.
