You'll have the opportunity to explore the opulent interiors and admire stunning views of the surrounding landscape from the palace terraces.

Stop 2

Quinta da Regaleira, located in Sintra, Portugal, is an estate renowned for its stunning gardens, secret tunnels, and mystical symbols. This UNESCO World Heritage Site invites visitors to explore its rich history and unique architecture.

3

The National Palace of Sintra , also called Town Palace (Palácio da Vila), is located in the town of Sintra. It is a present-day historic house museum.

It is the best-preserved medieval royal residence in Portugal, being inhabited more or less continuously from at least the early 15th century to the late 19th century. It is a significant tourist attraction, and is part of the cultural landscape of Sintra, a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site.

4
Stop 4

Isolated on its lofty perch, one of the peaks in the Sintra Hills, the Moorish Castle is a fortification founded in the 10th century during the period the Moors occupied the Iberian Peninsula.

Its famous walls snake across the hills with their granite blocks interlinking boulders and cliffs.

Its parapet walk provides stunningly unique views out over the town, the Palace of Pena and, further in the distance, the greens of these hills contrast with the blues of the Atlantic Ocean.

5
Stop 5

The Cabo da Roca is famous for being the most western point of continental Europe where the land ends and the sea begins. Visitors come from around the world to walk its windswept, jagged cliffside and gawk at the breathtaking scenery.

As you peer out over the Atlantic Ocean, you can see occasional rough seas and beautiful beaches lining the coast of Portugal.

6
Stop 6

Cascais is the premier resort town of the Lisbon Region. boasting a wide variety of sights and activities.

At the heart of Cascais is its delightful historic center, packet with shops, restaurants, bars and grand 19th century villas, Surrounding the town is a beautiful coastline of sandy beaches, while to the north is the dramatic scenery of the Serra de Sintra.

Cascais is an exciting and buzzing holiday destination, and the sheer variety of attractions within the town makes it one of the best day trips to take from Lisbon

7

Boca do Inferno can be found along the Atlantic cliffs that lead away from Cascais, northbound. It’s actually a chasm or cave that was formed by the repeated pounding of the waves against the cliffs. An archway was created over time, and the waves now come in and out of it. Tourists can explore Boca do Inferno from the top, where they can look down into the cave, and also view the site from the ocean’s end by following a short path towards the sea.
