Enjoy a healthy hot pot made with sake instead of water and purify our bodies from the inside. We also have a glass of sake for you to try.

Saijo boasts a rich sake brewing tradition, thanks to its ideal climate and abundant underground water sources. Seven breweries continue to produce high-quality sake using traditional techniques. Indulge your senses as we visit different breweries to learn more about the history and production of sake. We will also explore the beautiful spring waters that are essential to their brewing process.
