Pickup included
• 6:10 am - 6:45 am: Pick up from hotels in the historic center of Arequipa.
• 6:50 am: Departure from Arequipa towards Pillone Fall.
• 8:20 am: Arrival in the town of Pampa de Arrieros, known as the "ghost town" of Arequipa. We will visit the old station and the church of San Antonio de Padua.
• 8:50 am: Stop at the viewpoint of the western mountain range where you can observe the volcanoes Ampato, Sabancaya and Hualca Hualca. From this point we will be inside the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve.
• 9:15 am: Stop in the Pampa Blanca sector for spotting of vicuñas and panoramic views of the volcanoes Misti, Chachani and the snowy Pichu Pichu.
• 9:45 am: Arrival in Patahuasi. Here you can have breakfast, coffee or coke mate, and buy local crafts. From this point, we will be over 4,000 masl.
• 10:30 am: Stop at Bofedal Umaluso Tambo Cañahuas to observe llamas, alpacas and vicuñas.
• 11:00 am: Walk approximately 25 minutes to visit the stone forest, a place with rock formations and stony columns, ideal for photographs and observation of flora and fauna.
• 12:30 pm: Arrival at Pillone Fall. We will walk or descend for about 10 minutes to the bank of the White River to observe the rock formations shaped by erosion and enjoy the majestic waterfall. Free time to enjoy the scenery and take pictures.
• 2:00 pm: Lunch at a house in the annex of Pillone.
• 3:00 pm: Return to the city of Arequipa.
• 4:30 pm: Approximate arrival in Arequipa. Disembark 3 blocks from Plaza de Armas
