On the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail, your guide will share fascinating insights into the local fauna, flora, and geology. Get ready for breathtaking views of Benagil Cave from above, the stunning Praia da Marinha, and hidden natural treasures like Elephant Rock, the Mini Canyon, and the Secret Heart of the Seven Valleys.

The hike covers approximately 2.5 km and is rated as MEDIUM DIFFICULTY, with rocky terrain, uneven ground, and a few ups and downs along the way. We strongly recommend wearing KIKING SHOES shoes or similar, and bringing extra water to stay hydrated throughout the journey.

Before joining, take a moment for honest self-assessment. This experience is NOT RECOMMENDED for those with joint issues, recent surgeries, or limited mobility.
