Meeting:
We are ready to meet at the door of Surf Project. This is a space that is 100 meters from the beach.
This will be where we will get equipped and where you will meet the coach.
Preparation:
After equipping ourselves with appropriate clothing, we grab our boards and head to the beach.
Then we will start the class, which is divided into 2 parts.
Theoretical part, around 15 minutes; Heating.
Classroom:
We will be in the waves all the time. You will have the support of a specialized trainer.
The goal is to be able to get up on the board and enjoy the waves.
All techniques will be taught to you and you will have full support.
At the end we returned to the Surf Project space to remove the equipment.
When you arrive you will have a trainer waiting for you.
