If you prefer a specific pick-up time instead, please contact customer service in advance. If no request is made, we will operate under the flight tracking setting.

City / Hotel Pick-Up
The driver will wait in the car for up to 20 minutes at the scheduled time. Vehicle details will be sent via WhatsApp.

Flight Delays
If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance.
Without notice, the service will follow the original schedule.

Luggage
Each passenger may bring one 24-inch suitcase. Extra or oversized luggage may require additional seats.
If the luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse the service.

Airport Pickup: Your driver will be waiting at the arrival hall holding a signboard with your name. After landing, please proceed to the meeting point and look for your driver.

Hotel/City Pickup: The driver will wait in the vehicle and share the license plate number via WhatsApp before pickup. Please confirm the license plate and provide your booking number to the driver before boarding to avoid getting into the wrong car.
