**Driver Contact**
The driver will contact you via WhatsApp or email the night before or on the day of service.
Please ensure your WhatsApp number is correct and reachable.
**Airport Pick-Up**
-Meet & Greet: The driver will wait at the arrival hall with a name sign. We offer 90 minutes of free waiting time after flight landing.
-Non Meet & Greet: We will send you a detailed pick-up location map in advance.
**Non-Airport Pick-Up**
For city or hotel pick-ups, the driver will wait up to 20 minutes at your confirmed meeting point (such as hotel lobby or entrance).
