What you'll see

After your reservation is confirmed, your operations team will contact you to inform you of the meeting point or pick-up time. This process only takes 1 minute of your time.

For arrival transfers, your meeting point,
For departure transfers, your pick-up time and vehicle license plate number will be provided by your operations team.

For arrival transfers, you will come to the meeting point we will specify at exit gate 14, and your name will be checked. Then one of your employees will take you to meet your driver and vehicle on the -2nd floor. It may take 5-10 minutes for the vehicle to arrive at the pick-up point from the parking lot. This is normal.

For your departure transfers, you are expected to be ready at the hotel reception 5 minutes before your pick-up time. The driver will usually be there on time or even earlier. In a metropolis like Istanbul, with its narrow streets and notorious traffic jams, delays of 5-10 minutes are considered normal.
