About this experience
Experiment with virgin olive oil tasting!
You will learn to distinguish an extra oil and choose the most suitable for each dish.
Course taught by María Maraver, university expert in virgin olive oil tasting.
Where?
At your home or a place of your choice. We can also reserve a room at Palacio de Luja, in the center of El Puerto de Sta María.
The two-hour program includes:
Tasting practice: in a fun and practical way you will learn to differentiate the different flavors and aromas of virgin olive oils. Oil tasting will be the focus of the training.
Classification and varieties of olive oils from our land.
Nutrition: Health benefits and its predominant role in the Mediterranean diet.
Answer to your questions: as an expert in fats and olive oil, I will be happy to answer your questions about the origin and uses of the oil.
