We will approach from the sea the imposing Trafalgar Lighthouse, one of the most emblematic points of the coast of Cadiz. As we sail past this historic monument, we will discover its history, its secrets and the details of the famous Battle of Trafalgar, fought in these same waters in 1805.
We will end this stop with a magical moment: we will serve our delicious snack to enjoy the sunset in front of the lighthouse, a natural spectacle of light and color with breathtaking views that can only be enjoyed from the sea.
We will sail alongside the stunning cliffs of the Breña Natural Park and Marismas del Barbate, one of the ecological gems of the Andalusian coast. This reserve is home to a great diversity of flora and fauna, with special attention to its most protected species. During the tour, we will also discover the historic watchtowers, such as the Tagus Tower, which emerge among the pine forests and tell us about the defensive past of this coast. An experience where nature and history merge on the horizon.
We will make a special stop at Playa de los Cañillos (Cala del Botero), located next to the marshes of the Barbate River. In this quiet and unfrequented enclave we will enjoy snorkeling in crystal clear and shallow waters, in addition to a relaxing bath surrounded by a unique natural environment, with privileged views of the marshes and the unspoilt coast, we will live a moment of total connection with the sea.
We will make our second stop for swimming and snorkeling in the emblematic Playa de Caños de Mecca, one of the most famous and paradise corners of the coast of Cadiz. Its clean and transparent waters, along with its seabed full of life, offer the perfect setting to explore underwater or simply relax with a swim in front of this incomparable coastal landscape.
We will sail in front of Playa del Carmen, the beach par excellence of Barbate, which extends along its lively promenade. From the sea, we will enjoy privileged views of the white and charming profile of the village, with its seafaring atmosphere and close connection to the ocean. A perfect panorama to know the essence of Barbate from another perspective.
Nestled between the cliffs of the Breña Natural Park and the marina of Barbate, Playa de la Hierbabuena is an unspoilt gem of the Cadiz coast. Famous for its natural beauty and tranquility, this beach offers us a unique setting, where the green of the pine forest meets the intense blue of the sea.
