Important information
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. The adult does not have to participate in the activity, but must remain present during the entire activity. Please wear running or hiking shoes and bring a water bottle.

Pregnant women can not participate.

Located in Place St Bernard on the Tremblant resort - at the foot of the ski runs.
Please note that if you are not staying at the resort, allow extra time to locate parking, especially during holiday periods.
Important notes
• Minimum 2 adults (11+) or 1 adult and 2 children (5-10 yrs).
• Minimum age is 5 years old. Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign on their behalf.
• For children under 11 years of age, a parent must remain present during the entire activity. The parent may choose not to participate in the activity.
• WHAT TO WEAR: Wear good sports shoes and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Pants will protect the knees from scrapes. You will need to wear a climbing harness, so no dresses please. Dress according to the weather.
• Participants should bring water.
