Jeonju Hanok Village is comprised of some 700 beautiful hanok buildings, and is Korea's largest, and only urban, traditional hanok village. The village started in the early 1900s around the areas of Gyeonggijeon Shrine, Omokdae, and Jeonjuhyanggyo Confusian Academy - all important cultural heritages. To experience what hanok is like, visitors can either book a hanok accommodation or visit the Hanok Life Experience Hall.

Jeondong Catholic Cathedral in Jeonju was built in honor of Roman Catholic martyrs of the Joseon dynasty on the very same spot the martyrs lost their lives. The land was purchased by French Priest Baudenet in 1891 (28th year of King Gojong), but construction of the church did not begin until 1908. Construction was completed in 1914, a time during which Korea was under Japanese rule. Though originally built just outside of Pungnammun Gate, the site of the martyrs, the church was later moved to its current location for expansion.

Suncheonman Wetland is one of the world's top five coastal wetlands, stretching along a 3km river with mudflats and reed beds. The reed colonies serve as wintering and breeding grounds for various birds such as Hooded Cranes. The tidal flats are home to diverse species including Mudskippers and East Asian Seepweed.

Songgwangsa Temple is a temple located to the west of Jogyesan Mountain and is known as one of the three priceless temples along with Haeinsa Temple in Hapcheon and Tongdosa Temple in Yangsan. It was founded during the Silla dynasty and boasts cultural assets including four national treasures and 26 treasures, along with over 80 buildings including the Daeungbojeon Hall.

Odongdo is an island in Sujeong-dong, Yeosu, South Jeolla Province, South Korea. The island is a part of the Hallyeohaesang National Park. It is located 1 kilometer (0.62 mi) away from the mainland. There is a bridge that goes from the mainland to the island.
The island has an area of 0.13 km2 (0.050 sq mi), and a coastline of 14 km (8.7 mi). The island is a popular tourist spot, as it is host to a large number of varied plants, and has numerous scenic cliffs and caves.
The bridge was built in 1935, during the Japanese colonial period. It is 768 m (2,520 ft) long.
