About this experience

The struggle for the city rights

It is September in the fateful year of 1672. The picturesque town of Blokzijl has just liberated itself from the troops of the Bishop of Münster, also known as Bommen Berend. In gratitude for this, the brave Blokzijl receives city rights from Prins Willem III.

Unfortunately, not everyone is pleased about this! The drost of the nearby Vollenhove fears competition and will do everything in his power to obtain the city rights!

In Blokzijl, a secret society is formed for a special mission: to smuggle the city rights out of town before the troops of the drost arrive!

In this thrilling walking tour through the beautiful historic Blokzijl, you and your team will try to evade the drost and solve all the challenges!

But be aware, there is only 2.5 hours to complete this mission!

You can play at any time (during daylight) on your own smartphone. This mission is suitable for approx. 10 years and older. You'll walk about 5 km in a maximum of 2.5 hours.
