Along the waterfront and the green corridor, you will learn about Molde FK's home stadium, the imposing Seilet Hotel building and the chateau situated in a beautiful courtyard. From Rekneshaugen you will have a wonderful view of the archipelago and the stunning mountain panorama of Romsdalsfjord. In the city center, the Rose Girl, the Jazz Boy and the enchanting rose garden on the roof of the town hall and Molde Cathedral await you. The Storgata with its small local stores and cafés will also be part of our city walk, as well as Moldegård, the place where Molde was originally established.
Molde Cathedral replaces two other churches that previously existed on same site and were destroyed by fire. The church has a free-standing bell tower and is surrounded by the aromatic rose garden, which attracts many visitors to Molde.
Soccer stadium of Molde FK and was built in 1998. Molde FK is very popular especially among the locals. Molde FK regularly hosts top European clubs.

Molde is known as “City of Roses”. This sculpture was a gift to Molde in 1971 from Gotlib Moe. It is situated on the square in front of the town hall, along the “Storgata”, the main shopping street in the center of Molde.
