After meeting in Ålesund and getting to know each other, we go to Andalsnes
Driving through the old part of the Art Nouveau style city, you will hear the amazing history of the city.
One night, in the middle of winter 1904, the city burned to the ground, but then rose from the ashes in beautiful architectural style, making Alesund world famous.
Next we drive through the modern part of the city and you will see what businesses, besides fishing, are popular here and generate income.

2

We continue our journey through the mountain pass.
This is a mountain range where a ski resort is located in winter.
In summer, horseback riding tours are organized here.
Enjoy the beauty of wild nature and the bizarre shapes of the mountains.
Who knows, maybe in these outlines you will recognize Trolls.
(toilet stop on request).

We cross the bridge and you have the opportunity to enjoy the majestic panorama of the fjords.
You can take photographs from the car window; stopping here is prohibited.

4

The entire road to Andalsnes runs along beautiful fjords surrounded by majestic mountains with waterfalls.
From time to time we dive into long dark tunnels, and if you are attentive, you can see Trolls, they are always hiding in the tunnels from the sun's rays.
We pass many picturesque villages and each has its own amazing history with poetic names: Mondalen or Moon Valley, Isfjord - Ice Fjord and others.
Upon arrival in Andalsnes, we have a short restroom stop and then a 10-minute drive to our next destination.

5

Stop at the Troll Wall visitor center, where you can have a coffee break, buy souvenirs and take memorable photos.

6

We visit Troll Valley and stop at the famous Troll Center.
You won't see such an extensive collection of troll figurines anywhere else.
There are huge iconic sculptures, and everyone takes pictures, and then social networks are full of successful shots.
The gift shop sells figurines of different sizes: from scary monsters to good-natured trolls with ice cream.
After a short rest, we will continue to conquer the very steep serpentine Troll Road.
Only on a private tour will you be able to stop in the middle of this dangerous road at the powerful Stigfossen waterfall and approach it via a bridge at the edge of the gorge.
It tickles your nerves and gives you energy from the powerful water.

There are several viewing platforms that give you the opportunity to view the breathtaking landscape from different angles.
Be careful, it can be slippery there.

Rheinheimen National Park is a local gem hidden high in the mountains 1000 meters above sea level.
After the opening of the road to Trollstigen at the end of May and the first half of June, snowdrifts form a wall along the road up to 4 meters high.
It is this spectacle that attracts tourists here; everyone wants to go back to childhood and play in the snow in the middle of summer in shorts or a sundress.
Only on a private tour with a local guide can you stop anywhere for photos.
