The Doesburgsche Mosterdfabriek is a historic mustard and vinegar factory dating back to 1457, nestled in the heart of medieval Doesburg. Since 1974, it operates not only as a working production facility but also as a museum where visitors can admire traditional mills and vintage equipment while discovering local mustard-making traditions. Guests can watch mustard being produced on-site, explore the collection of old jars and tools, and even taste the authentic “Van Ouds Alom Bekende” Doesburgsche mustard.
