After you book your transfer, a driver is informed and will be there beforehand to pick you up from the airport. After you successfully clear customs and immigration he will receive a text message informing him that you are ready to be picked up. He will then make his way to the Meeting Point area where he will meet and greet you and take care of any luggage you have.
