Once you have confirmed your booking with us, please print or have on your mobile device confirmation/ticket on arrival to provide to the representative so that he/she may assist.
Flight Tracking: We track the flight for all its arriving guests. If your flight is delayed, don't worry, we will not leave.
On arrival at the Hewanorra International Airport in St. Lucia, after clearing Customs/Immigration, collect your luggage at the baggage claim and then locate our representative waiting for you outside the baggage claim/customs area to greet you. The rep should have a sign with your name.
For Departure, our confirmed customers will be sent pickup time at least 24 hours prior to the day of their departure. Guest should be present in the front desk area at the stated pickup time to meet their driver. If the customer did not receive the notification confirming your return transfer, please contact us via email or by phone to confirm the pickup time. Please note that airport regulations require that all passengers check in 2 hours prior to the flight departure.
